Objectives & Functions
At our agency every units and department is saddled with various objectives which perform a number of functions to ensure smooth running of the agency as we serve the public.
Conducting interview
Conducting interview for the newly retired Civil Servants and Secondary School Teachers in Oyo State in order to establish their authenticity and genuineness;
Removing from the payroll
Removing from the payroll the name of any pensioner confirmed dead;
Payment of monthly pension
Payment of monthly pension allowance and arrears to all pensioners on the payroll of the Board
Refund
Refund of recovered paid pension to the treasury; At the point of payment and based on reliable information about demise of any pensioner, such payment is stepped down and refunded to the Treasury.
Prevent delay payment
Prevent delay payment of pension to any pensioner after conducting any investigation related to pension payment;
supply of any pension’s materials
To enter into agreement with any person on supply of any pension’s materials or maintenance on behalf of the State Government.
